کیا کانوں میں زیادہ سوراخ کروانا حرام ہے؟

حضور انور نے فرمایا:
حدیث میں آتا ہے کہ آنحضورﷺ نے ایک موقعہ پرعورتوں کو صدقہ کرنے کی تحریک فرمائی تو عورتوں نے بالیاں اور انگوٹھیاں اتار اتار کر حضورﷺ کی خدمت میں پیش کردیں۔
اس حدیث سے اہل علم نے عورتوں کے لیے کان چھدوانے کے جواز کا استدلال کیا ہے۔ پس زیور پہننے کے لیے عورتوں کے کان اور ناک کی حد تک Piercingکروانے کا رواج شروع سے چلا آتا ہے اور اس میں کسی قسم کی قباحت اور ممانعت نہیں پائی جاتی۔

اسلام نے چیزوں کی حلت و حرمت کے احکامات کے علاوہ ��عض اشیاءکے طیب و غیر طیب ہونے اور بعض کاموں کے لغو ہونے کے بارہ میں بھی تعلیمات دی ہیں۔اسی طرح ہر کام کی ایک حد مقرر فرما دی ہے، جب اس حد سے تجاوز کیا جائے تو ایک جائز کام بھی بعض اوقات ناجائز یا لغو کے زمرہ میں شامل ہو جاتا ہے۔ جس میں پڑنے سے ایک مومن کو منع کیا گیا ہے۔ (المومنون:۴)

پس پردہ کے التزام کے ساتھ لڑکیوں کے لیے ناک اور کان میں زیور کے استعمال کے لیے ایک مناسب اور جائز حد تک Piercingکروانے کی اجازت ہےلیکن اگر اس میں حد سے تجاوز کیا جائے اور زمانہ کی بے راہروی میں بہہ کر اس کام میں مبالغہ شروع کر دیا جائے تو ایسی صورت میں پھر عورتوں کے لیے بھی یہ کام لغو اور ناجائز کے زمرہ میں آئے گا۔
