@EE Think again if you want to go abroad and purchase day passes. Utterly useless ! I can’t call or receive calls from any UK number. There is no way to contact @EE .

@EE I have already purchased 7 days pass. I can not call any UK number ! I can not receive any calls from the UK ! I can’t even call 150 ! I called 150 from a different @EE number but no one calls back although requested

@EE I’m currently in Turkey. I purchased 7 days pass. All of my settings are correct as advised. I can use my data which I have the UK but can’t receive any calls. I can’t call any Uk number including 150 either. Therefore I cannot reach EE in anyway

Don’t you think that if you have a proper customer contact number would be easier to deal with this kind of issues? Make it difficult to contact you is not the answer to your incompetence
