Gambling is a terrible thing.
I started betting just to make World Cup predictions. But after every bet slip, I found myself going back to the slot games. Every time I lost, I deposited more.
I thought that if I kept depositing, I could recover my losses, and maybe even reach the $20,000 I had needed.
Iโm now down $6,000. Thatโs two months of my salary.
Do not believe the flashy lifestyles and huge payouts you see here. I believed them. I thought i can double-triple-max win my depositsโฆ Please do not make the same mistake.
Iโm not blaming the platforms. This is my fault. I couldnโt control myself. I finally understand why gambling addiction can drive people to such dark places.
At the end of the day, i was searching for stake tips, giveaways, this is where you gonna get soon.
I tagged the accounts in this tweet not to blame anyone, but only so this reaches the right people and helps prevent lives from being ruined.
Gambling is an illness.
I wish I could go back just one month and make a different choice.
I deeply regret it.

Good morning.
Gambling made my life a living hell.
Winning is worse than losing.
The hooks sink deeper in.
I think about gambling 24/7.
My happiness is at an all-time low.
Nothing can save me.
I feel empty inside.
Have a great day ๐
Dear Jorge, great slogan and a genuinely smart way to differentiate. As a growth marketer, I tip my hat to you. I downloaded the app, and I think there are a few questions on everyoneโs mind:
1) What are the odds of a Pay Maybe actually matching?
2) Is there an upper limit on Pay Maybe?
3) What commissions can we expect?
4) When paying in currencies other than USD, are the exchange rates high like other cards?
5) The app looks enjoyable, but if we wanted to make investments through it as well, what regulations protect our assets?
Even some of the biggest exchanges have shut down and disappeared. How are users protected in a scenario like that?โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ @itstuyo
cashback is dead.
people surely love a 5 or 10% cashback. except it's only on random categories. except you have to maintain a $200k balance. except it's capped at $1,500 a quarter. except you have to keep referring people. optimizing cashback buries customers in fine print.
when you make a purchase with @itstuyo, you might not have to pay for it at all. no fine print, no limits. you just tap your phone and instantly get a notification on whether you got charged or not. it's not cashback or a rebate, your balance literally doesn't go down.
Buy Now Pay Maybe is the first thing we've shipped that pulls in people who never cared about crypto or stablecoins at scale. it sparks a level of curiosity and interest we just hadn't seen to date and we are excited to open it up to everyone. it's also incredibly fun and has already created so many fun anecdotes and interactions.
Gen Z on my team said web analytics dashboards are โboringโ so we got him this tool.
It walks through every single subpage visitor, writes them down in a notebook, then enters the numbers into Google Sheets at the end of the day.
Now he actually enjoy work.
Apparently he said it feels like playing The Sims.
I made an app to turn web analytics into a Severance episode.
Every page on your site is a department.
/pricing is a department.
/blog is a department.
Your visitors are innies now.
When they visit your site, they arrive through the elevator.
When they navigate to another page, they walk to the next department.
When they bounce, they walk out.

Today I unlocked a new achievement ๐
In the last 28 days, I got 150 clicks purely from Google for my SaaS. Those 150 clicks brought almost 8 sales, so the conversion rate is honestly pretty solid.
If anyoneโs interested, Iโm happy to share what Iโve been doing on the SEO side.
And this is while Iโve barely focused on SEO and definitely ignored a few things. Once I free up some time, the goal is to push rankings further and get this to 500+ monthly clicks from Tier 1 countries.
At the moment i have 3 Chrome extension, 1 SaaS (web app), 2 web app (non monetized-revenue model will be ads).
But still I cant stop myself to create new ones. After every product, it makes hard to focus on marketing and distrubition. Now i understand why some devs makes new products and look for founders day 1.
