CBIC has sent files many times, but DOPT is just giving baseless objections. EA is not a new post already conveyed by CBIC @DoptSecretary @DoPTGoI @cbic_india

We request @cbic_india to immediately form a high level committee to investigate the matter of issuing the RRs in haste in 2015 & in 2016 without taking comments of stakeholders and without following guidelines.

In these RRs they have not followed the guidelines of @DoPTGoI

Violation of Protection Clause guideline should be viewed seriously.

Earlier we TAs of CBIC used to get promotion after 3 years of service but one day I.e on 25 sep 2015 our board released new RRs, according to which we have to wait for 10 years for our 1st promotion#ShameOnYouCBIC
