If you’re a dog-lover, conservationist, environmentalist, journalist, dancer, singer, filmmaker, artist, lawyer, athlete, doctor, writer, activist, cyclist, feminist, student, tourist, child, parent, freedom-lover, human being… you should care about what’s happening in #Iran.

Same.

Being an Iranian in the diaspora means living with a daily sense of gratitude and guilt. Watching videos of brave Iranians literally risking their lives for basic freedoms from the comfort of my home weighs heavy on my heart and mind. Longing for freedom for my people in Iran.
