Power is rarely reshaped in public.
The speeches are for the cameras.
The signals are for those paying attention.

Why is Kashmir always told to copy-paste models from other states? Kerala has its own culture and solutions, but what about ours? Are we Kashmiris so incapable that we can’t design our own models that the world will one day adopt?
