Here is my recreation of one of the four #HelloNeighbor2 key art(?) sketches we saw yesterday on @NeighborGamesHQ! I tried to be as faithful as possible whilst also taking some creative liberties!

@LoperWing I meant to mention the thicker border but I forgot because I was distracted by Twitter's annoying 280 limit.

At a large scale it looks a bit overkill, but my focus was on when the pfp is displayed at a small size (on here, Discord etc.)

TL;DR: I wanted it to be more noticeable!

Happy New Year!

I thought it would be fitting to give myself a little refresh, so I've gone ahead and updated my "branding"!

[Aidan @AidanDesignsUK]

@nicodoff_real Gee, thanks!

I wanted the proportions between the A and D to be more balanced as the ratio was more like 60:40 rather than 50:50, and I also wanted a larger cut between them for better legibility on small screens, so I did exactly that! Negligible differences to most, I know. 🙃

[Aidan @AidanDesignsUK]

@LoperWing That, as well as an entirely different font, and obviously not noticeable here, but the after is 2.4x the resolution of the before (900 -> 2160) aaaand that's about it!

Again, I did say it was a little refresh.

@Grandeturisto I’m happy to hear that you have been able to find answers to how you feel, but I’m also simultaneously empathising with you in terms of having to deal with anxiety on a daily basis. 🫂

Hopefully (with time and support) life will become more bearable for you - you’ve got this! 💪🏼

@NeighborGamesHQ December 3rd? lol

[Aidan @AidanDesignsUK]

@NeighborGamesHQ The least “damaged” mask!

@summer_mosquito Although I couldn’t stand it myself, I thought that was a cool easter egg!

I remember when you could play Snake with the throbber back in 2014, but when they updated the player to basically the design we have today: it was removed, and replaced with a generic looping circle… 😞

[Aidan @AidanDesignsUK]

No, your eyes aren't playing tricks on you - the YouTube logo has indeed been updated to add some pink! This colour palette change is reflected across the entire website, from the live/premiere icon to the player progress bar.

Had you even noticed the change prior to this post?

HN NEWS: They have silently released #HelloNeighbor WtRB Season 2 merch on Amazon ahead of the episodes releasing on Prime Video (and eventually YouTube) this Halloween!

Will you be buying any of it?

[Aidan @AidanDesignsUK]

@LoperWing @HNtwtConfession It is 50/50 on PC as well. At the end of the day - I can't please everyone! It'd be nice if the people voting for "true" actually said why, so I could potentially take it on board.
