Aikin started as the system Nicholas built to save a four-person software company.
The first version had thirteen specialist agents, too many handoffs and a 68-message confirmation loop. Those mistakes became the rules, and the system became the company.
Most AI agent projects do not stall because the agent cannot do anything useful. They stall because useful tasks do not become reliable operations on their own.
An agent can summarise a file, draft an email, classify a request, or answer a narrow question. That is useful.
But real work has more edges than the task itself.
The firm still needs to know which context the agent can use, which tools it can touch, what action it is allowed to take, who reviews the result, where the evidence is recorded, and who remains accountable.
That is the operating-layer problem.
An Agentic-OS is the layer around agents: context, tools, permissions, review, memory, measurement, and governance.
Before buying another agent, map the work around the agent.

Everyone thinks it’s over (it’s not)
In this episode, @geniexbtz and I discuss:
- the recent $ICP rally
- the growing negativity across crypto timelines
- and why many investors may be getting shaken out
#ICP is still trading below the average prices many VCs paid years ago, despite the ecosystem now having:
- Passkeys
- Chain Fusion
- Cloud Engines
- Bitcoin integration
- Sovereign subnet initiatives
- Real infrastructure adoption
& much more
This screams undervalued. I continue my DCA at those prices 🤝
$ICP Signal ♾🚨
IBM didn't win because they had the best hardware.
AWS didn't win because they had the best servers.
The pattern isn't about the product. It's about who captures the dependency first.
IBM locked in workflows. AWS locked in infrastructure. AI is locking in institutional memory... the layer that makes decisions.
Each era goes one layer deeper than the last.
$ICP doesn't add a fourth layer. It exits the stack entirely. No vendor. No pricing team. No hand on the other end of the lever.
The dependency tax requires a collector. On $ICP, the collector doesn't exist.
Full breakdown in the new video. Link in comment.
Stay blessed, and see the signal.♾🚨
The hardest part of building RedPen wasn't the feedback. It was the rewrites.
Anyone can say "your hook is weak." Showing you a better version is harder. That's what we spent the most time on.

RedPen is live.
Real editorial feedback for professional writers — structure, argument, clarity, tone. With specific rewrites.
Not grammar fixes. Whether your writing actually lands.

Grammarly tells you your passive voice is high. It doesn't tell you your argument collapses in paragraph two.
We've been building something to fix that. Launching next week.
I think its a dream for any blockchain software company to ship an entire token economy from scratch. We are very proud to have done this and launched yesterday for @DistriktApp.
Turn your app into a DAO in 3 steps:
1) Launch your app
2) Propose decentralization + set funding goal
When the goal is met → app transfers to a newly created DAO
3) Contributors get DAO tokens = ownership + voting rights
Simple. Streamlined. Community-owned.

All these discussions about $ICP that have the aim to discredit the Blockchain end up following the same script:
1) They "Cherry pick some data" and try to convince the masses that ICP is a Scam, Rug-Pull or a Ghost chain.
2) You confront them with data
3) They have no counter argument so they either try to discredit or ridicule you
4) You call them out and offer to debate them and they ghost you.
Even if they would accept (which is unlikely), the discussion would solely rotate around price action (their only argument).
Questions are always the same:
1) Can Blockchain XYZ run AI Onchain
2) Can Blockchain XYZ store a picture Onchain
3) Does Blockchain XYZ use AWS?
The list goes on. They have no answer. They have no solution.
