@pastaravioli My husband worked at a Subaru dealership, and he said that leasing was great if you wanted reliability and coverage under warranty, but the downsides are things like driving over your allotted miles and any undue wear and tear on the vehicle.

@CarolineLosneck A barred owl! That's awesome. I love to see/hear them, but it is so rare. This upcoming week is "Owl Week" in kindergarten, and Chewonki is bringing a couple of owls to school to visit.

@MissedFrizzle I think the biggest complication was his car being abandoned by woods, water, and a major road. Makes it tough to know which direction he went from there.

@jewishbroke @alexsteed @blackgirlinmain This. So much of Maine is heavily wooded. Abandoning the car near the trifecta of water, woods, and road makes it difficult to know where he went from there.
