At #AUTh (Greece) they performed for the #Marigreen project amino acid isolation of A. nodosum samples through acid hydrolysis. Hydrolysates were given to #USAMV (Romania) for further analysis and plant growth field testing. #bluebioeconomy #bluebiocofound #bluebio #collaboration

Mesoscale composting of algae fiber is proceeding at #Norsøk (Norway). Our PhD student Joshua Cabell is testing a insulated compost container with algae fiber with high N content provided by Algea. Thanks to Nurahmed, CRISPR-expert who assists us in the practical work #MARIGREEN

Ivan Livano and Peer Vind Mortensen from #Alumichem went to #DTUAqua to share their experience with organic coagulants and flocculants. We applied them to sea water and fresh water sludges to obtain a clean disposable water.
