Most think it was wrong to arrest the teacher simply because the student attacked first. Like? That teacher could have easily seriously injured the girl, if not killed her.

The way he even raised the kind could cause serious injury. Teachers have various tools at their disposal to discipline children. He needed to be arrested.

The arrest is necessary, not to punish the teacher per se, but to serve as a deterrence and ensure disciplinary sanity among both teachers and students.
