RIP Bill Quinlisk

My long time friend Bill Quinlisk passed away late Monday.

Bill & I worked together on @usatf Cross Country almost 2 decades, especially the USATF Club XC championships and USATF XC Champs. This past December Bill was elected chair of USATF Masters LDR Comm.

.@SMASHLING1 was the winner of today's special fall edition of #FRFW 5K held in nice weather in Albany, NY. She clocked 16:34 and won $3000 in prize money. Cara Sherman was 2nd (17:14/$2500) and @AnnikaSisson 3rd (17:24/$2000).
