@GMC it has been terrible how you treat a customer who spent $36,000 on a car, barely got 21,000 miles on it before needing a complete engine replacement and now expect them to just throw away money getting it fixed.
@GMC by the time this is all done and over I will have spent close to $2000 of my own money before I get my car back and no one seems to care. You have lost a customer for life at this point in time

@GMC another week of no answers and continual issues. Now I’m being told I can’t be reimbursed for my trip interruption rental vehicle until my car is back in my hands. More money being taken from my own pocket and absolutely no help from @GMC
@GMC as the customer I should be being asked what can be done for me to make this situation easier while I don’t have my car. Instead I’m being told there’s nothing that can be done for me.
@GMC currently having to get an engine replaced at 21,000 miles on my new Terrain and customer service has been terrible to work with and not helpful. Including expecting me to pay around $75 a week for taxes and fees on a rental. Going on 4 weeks- that’s $300 from my pocket.
@GMC I spent $36,000 to have a brand new car that would last me a long time. Now I am dealing with this and have to pay more out of pocket just to have a vehicle to drive while mine is in the shop for an unknown amount of time. THIS IS NOY OKAY!
@GMC incredibly frustrated that I hadn’t even owned my car for a year and it needs a new engine, but even more frustrated that I am expected to incur out of pocket expenses and the lack of assistance from my case manager.
