As the world comes to Atlanta for FIFA, I invite visitors to experience The King Center.
This is a sacred space of history, learning, and transformation, founded by my mother, Coretta Scott King, to carry forward my father’s legacy of justice, peace, and human dignity.
Soccer/football has a powerful way of bringing nations, cultures, and communities together. May that spirit of unity deepen our commitment to compassion, nonviolence, and creating the Beloved Community.
Visit The King Center while you are in Atlanta.

Do not let the past get to you; God has forgiven you. Now, it is time for you to forgive yourself. Focus on the present and watch how God will work everything out for your good and for His glory.
Republicans love to thank veterans for their service on social media, but they turn around and cut VA budgets, gut veterans' health care, and send young soldiers to fight in forever wars overseas.
Veterans deserve to be honored with legislative action, not empty platitudes.
2028 Dem POTUS candidate needs government experience on more than one level. Policy or Governing.
Being a "fighter" won't be adequate. No loud mouths need apply.
We're in the ditch right now. We need a public servant who has turned a situation around. IMHO
Major cheat code for life: Master the art of the fresh start. From a bad morning. From a bad interaction. From a missed workout. From a poor decision. The goal isn't to avoid the fall. It's to shorten the time between the fall and the reset. Fast recovery compounds.
Before you go to bed, say this with me.
God, please free me. Free me from everything heavy I’ve been carrying in silence. Free me from the anger that tries to rise when all I want is peace. Free me from the heartbreak I don’t speak on but feel deeply. Remove every distraction, every delay, and anything standing in the way of what you have for me. If it’s not from you, take it out of my life. If it’s not helping me grow, give me the strength to let it go. This is my season to be free, free in my mind, my heart, and my life. I’m claiming peace, clarity, and elevation. In Jesus’ name, amen.
A toxic workplace will trick you into thinking that your work is never good enough, that you shouldn’t establish any boundaries, and that it’s unsafe to disagree or speak up.
Warehouse workers are timed to the second, injured at rates that dwarf the industry, and disciplined for taking a bathroom break. Productivity is not the problem. Treating people like the machines is.
