WATCH: The Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) has urged the government to end what it calls repetitive taxation on mobile money transactions, saying the charges are financially burdening Ugandans. FDC vice chairperson Robert Centenary proposed taxing service providers instead of repeatedly charging users, to make mobile money services more affordable and accessible.

Dr. KB has just been taken to Mulago Hospital. His personal Doctor who is his sister Dr . olive Kobusingye has just been allowed to access him.
He has been put in ICU , and he is still unconscious.
