Don’t look away. The president of the United States was involved in some horrifying, sickening crimes, as were many people in his inner circle and the current administration.
I have some uncomfortable news.
There are only two sides:
Those who accept public executions of American citizens without charges or due process — and those who don’t.
Greg Bovino is openly threatening free speech.
He says if you call federal agents “kidnappers” or “Gestapo,” there will be “consequences.”
That’s intimidation.
So the White House's position is that ICE and CBP can murder an American citizen, posthumously slander him and call him a terrorist, remove evidence from the crime scene and block state and local investigations, and then hide the shooter's identity even while he stays on the job
This killing of Alex Pretti reveals a dark truth about the administration's view of gun rights: they are not universal. They are reserved for the "right" kind of people. If you are a MAGA supporter, your gun is a symbol of freedom. If you are a protester in Minneapolis, your gun is proof of terrorism.
The "right to bear arms" has been replaced by the "privilege to bear arms," contingent on political alignment. This is the hallmark of a militia state, not a constitutional republic.
Conservatives suddenly being anti-gun so they can side with a tyrannical government should confirm they don’t actually stand for anything.
They’re just contrarians who side with whatever is the most evil
The killing of Alex Pretti is a heartbreaking tragedy. It should also be a wake-up call to every American, regardless of party, that many of our core values as a nation are increasingly under assault.
The amount of people who think civilians should always remain calm around law enforcement but give “trained” law enforcement passes to be scared or excitable is truly astounding
