@HiltonHonors @Delta I was offered a promotion to have my SkyMiles account upgraded due to being a Diamond status holder with Hilton. This did not happen. I have been trying to have this completed for a few weeks now with no luck. Neither delta nor Hilton will help resolve this.

@Hertz this is the vehicle situation I face every other week when I fly into the ELP airport. I love the selection of cars and the 30-60 min wait for a car. 🙄🙄🙄. To top it off myself and everyone in line is a Presidents Circle, cars in reserve but desk won’t give them up
