@British_Airways BA61 Now. 5 of us to Male. Gold+9k tier points YTD+travel booked until Oct, I’ll be on 30k tier points with 5 mnths year left. Normally someone comes, says hello, thanks me for gold, offers a drink. Nothing this time! One time could use it as on holiday…shame :(
Kudos to @British_Airways their YVR-LHR flight tonight is 2+ hours late meaning miss LHR-MAN connection. Rebooked Lufthansa (not even oneworld airline) home on time via Munich. One call and fixed. Means renewed Gold with 6 months still to go! Will I make to guest list/Group 0?
Oasis ticket situation appalling. Technology exists for fairness and stop touts. Wasted 6 hours of Saturday to go through queue online properly, not refresh, get to ticket selection then kicks me out as a bot and suspends me. Joke. @TicketmasterUK

@ThreeUK you tell me I need to re-register my account to access bills etc after your upgrade. Yet the register button on the login page doesn’t work. Laptop, mobile, multiple browsers. When will it be fixed?
Gold @britishairways. 23/1 due to late connection got into LHR with 30 mins for connection. Made in time but Moved to next flight, Hotel. Lost meeting for am. Today on BA85 to YVR waiting for connections - we’re already delayed. Same on Chicago flight last year. Inconsistency.
@VirginAtlantic excellent service today on VS8 from LAX. Clare + Hannah + Team were very helpful. Unfortunately my 6th time crossing Atlantic in 19 days, but good service and being a gold make it bearable!
@VirginAtlantic you have redeemed yourselves! Todays flight has been like the old days. Great customer service, and making loyalty count. Staff on VS106 from Seattle today amazing. Special mention for Olivia. Off to the revivals lounge when we land for a shower and a clean shirt!
@VirginAtlantic Btw nothing happened. Same old rubbish. Bloke in front of me with zero status took the last upgrade to upper though. No priority boarding for gold, no meal choice, and no seat selection. Stuck in 21F. Just changing 4 flights from VA to BA. Excellent service? Just not getting it.
After 15 years of being a loyal @VirginAtlantic customer, I’m afraid it’s over. I’m Gold but zero benefits flying from Manchester and cannot even get a decent seat on my flight back from Atlanta. Never thought I’d say customer service is appalling, but today has been. Shocking.
@VirginAtlantic I spoke to someone, I also contacted the online agent. Now you want me to email? I’m sat at F4 in Atlanta and still no choice of seat - person in front of me with zero status just got into upper class. This is the worst customer service ever with yourselves.
Ooh talk to customer services they’ll sort you at gate. Nope, I’m gold, zero seat choice, and the last upgrade sold to the person in front of me with zero virgin status. We’re done @VirginAtlantic sat at F4 at Atlanta and starting cancelling and rebooking my next trips.

@Simon_W_Smith@VirginAtlantic Lounge access - closed at Manchester airport. Shared lounge full! Didn’t get fast track security. Didn’t get to board early - used to. Little perks which as frequent flyer, I believe you’ve earned. Guaranteed to get 1st choice of email - nope. None of it. And now no seat choice.
