@AirbnbHelp Still waiting for a different rep to take a more rational look, 17 reviews and all were 5 star other than this, this is a 1 star and it's a blatant lie and Airbnb asked me to accommodate her when she had caused problems with other hosts.

@AirbnbHelp Asked to accommodate a bad guest by Airbnb, the guest was kicked out of another Airbnb and I gave the benefit of doubt. The guest games the system and repeatedly gives 1* reviews if the hosts don't get on their knees. Please review the inaccurate review that's a lie

@bchesky @Airbnb It's unfair hosts have no protections and Airbnb fed the guest knowingly that there would be problems.

We are a minority immigrant family with a single income who is trying hard to make it. My spouse bipolar and schizophrenia & we are at loss.

@Airbnb, please explain as what you mean by verified guests. I had a verified guest who used a fake/different firstname and I found out he was arrested for Riot/Incite and canceled the reservation for the safety of the other guests. You are now penalizing my superhost status

@Airbnb, You are now penalizing me by taking away my superhost status when you didn't do due diligence from your end. Also superhosts get 3 cancelations and this was my first in 1.5 yrs and it happened < 12 hrs after the booking. You kept changing your reasons for the penalty
