From which source did I derive my name? Great scene, but the meat is at 1:21. Telling the media exactly what you think of them = ❤. Ah, pre-woke science fiction.

It's kind of short notice, but with @jtimsuggs jAIcob's proficiency in reading 19 books in 14 days, it shouldn't take him more than a few hours to burn through Dark Lord: Rise of Darth Vader and join us tonight to talk some REAL Star Wars. DM me and I'll shoot you the link.
EXCLUSIVE: The new "Stargate" TV series has been axed at Amazon.
The show was first announced with a series order in November 2025 and hailed from showrunner Martin Gero, who was a writer on "Stargate SG-1" and "Stargate: Atlantis." Sources say Amazon execs were concerned that Gero's take on the series would not have broad appeal beyond the franchise's already dedicated fanbase.

The difference is there’s no reason to turn on Filoni yet. These projects aren’t his. His first project will be post Starfighter (as head of Lucasfilm)
Today, 1st June, marks the anniversary of the Glorious First of June, one of the most famous victories in Royal Navy history.
On this day in 1794, Admiral Lord Howe led a fleet of 25 British ships of the line against 26 French ships in the Atlantic Ocean. In a hard-fought battle, the Royal Navy broke through the enemy line and engaged at close quarters, capturing six French warships and sinking another. No British ship was lost. The victory was celebrated across Britain and became known simply as "The Glorious First of June". It showed the skill, courage and determination of Britain's sailors at a time when control of the seas was vital to the nation's survival.
Today we remember the men who fought, the men who fell, and a victory that became part of Britain's naval story. 🏴 🇬🇧
