“When you educate a woman, you educate a nation.”
In line with point 4 of our 6-point agenda, Enhancing Girl-Child Education, the Federal Ministry of Education in collaboration with the Ministry of Women Affairs (@FMWA_ng) has launched Luminah — a key initiative aimed at empowering one million underprivileged girls across the country by 2030. With state-of-the-art accelerated courses, Luminah will change the narrative for young women, break the cycles of poverty, and educate and economically empower them to lead better lives.
I extend heartfelt congratulations to my sister, Prof. Suwaiba, State Minister of Education, for creating and leading such an important project. Your passion for change will have a profound impact on our nation and the lives of all women and men across the country.
Happy International Women’s Day.

This year, may doors open, helpers find us, and blessings overflow.
May singles marry, the childless rejoice, and our dreams align with destiny.
Grant us health, resilience, and peace.
May we spread kindness, find love, and become our best selves. Ameen
I had the privilege of participating in a significant stakeholders' engagement led by the Honourable Minister of Education @DrTunjiAlausa with state commissioners of education. The session focused on innovative strategies to transform the educational landscape in Nigeria, highlighting the priorities of the Federal Ministry of Education as contained in the renewed hope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR @officialABAT.
Our top priorities include re-enrolling out-of-school children and ensuring quality education for all. We emphasized the need for federal and state governments to work together effectively. We also discussed training teachers in digital literacy and encouraging states to support this initiative.
My passion for girl-child education is unwavering, and I emphasized the importance of ensuring equal educational opportunities for girls, empowering them through education. We also discussed the critical focus on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), as it is essential for equipping our students with the practical skills, they need to thrive in their future careers.
The Federal Ministry of Education is committed to making education inclusive and effective. By working together and focusing on these key areas, we can make lasting improvements to education in Nigeria.

@elrufai It's wonderful to see such appreciation for Bob Marley and his timeless music. "Who The Cap Fit" the lyrics resonate with the complexities of trust and relationships.
@VictorIsrael_ You can actually say he is good with out knocking other skit makers. And regarding 1xbet, that’s actually endorsement, he needs it to survive. They get heavily paid for that.
