Shocked to see how @HDFCERGOGIC is scamming people around. Specially senior citizen claims. My 63 yr MIL has reached out to every means. The insurance company just denies to payoff our claim stating irrelevant reasons.

Truly disappointed with @Elica_India service. Brand new electric burner bot 3 months back has already got 2 unsatisfactory services and this is the 3rd time the same issue has occurred to which the service team says we have to live with it and that it cant be repaired!
