@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I haven't been using my internet as I've left the city last month. But the bill is insanely high. Can u please connect asap. The services are also deactivated!

@Airtel_Presence for the last time, there is some glitch because I still didn't get my 4G data. Checked and rechecked. 😑😑 This is annoying.

@thetanmay haha #ThugLife 😎😂👍

[Pritha Banerjee @AisiHiHoonMain]

@Airtel_Presence thanks fr the help. Bt, I still didn't receive the 4g internet free data of 1gb. Only got a message tht its been activated.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia terrible service online, the recharge desk, internet services & nw absolutely sad customer service!

[Pritha Banerjee @AisiHiHoonMain]

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's been 24hrs since I complained. Looks to me like you're a lousy company. Disappointed.

@Airtel_Presence and neither can I make calls till you get time to fix this. Understand this is urgent.

[Pritha Banerjee @AisiHiHoonMain]

@Airtel_Presence exactly how much more time will u need to resolve the issue. I can't recharge my no. again without knowing if it'll work.

@Airtel_Presence I hope so too. 😒

[Pritha Banerjee @AisiHiHoonMain]

@airtelindia you guys used to be good and customer friendly. But lately it feels like a mistake to have chosen Airtel. Frustrated with this!

[Pritha Banerjee @AisiHiHoonMain]

@airtelindia moreover I was given a 4G sim by your company and it never worked. It is uselessly kept in my bag. Pathetic service day by day.

[Pritha Banerjee @AisiHiHoonMain]

@airtelindia I recharged my phone & relieved a msg saying the recharge was successful but no recharge is done & money was charged. Wtf.
