Rhoda Jatau who was illegally arrested and locked up for 18 months in Bauchi, for asking for justice for Deborah Yakubu, who was murdered by an Islamic mob in Sokoto State, finally regains freedom.

Rhoda was released on bail yesterday night, on Friday 8th December 2023, following interventions by the Christian Association of Nigeria, the Nigeria Inter-Religious Council and the Christian Solidarity Worldwide Nigeria.

Rhoda has been illegally locked up since May 2022 for condemning the murder of a Christian, Deborah Yakubu, by an Islamic mob in Sokoto State.

Deborah, a 200-level student of Shehu Shagari College of Education, Sokoto, was brutally murdered after advising against sending religious materials on a WhatsApp page.

Rhoda Jatau illegal arrest in Bauchi has caused religious tensions as it was stated she was being charged under Sharia law, for condemning the death of a Christian in Sokoto, who was murdered by an Islamic mob.

The explanation being given for the cold blooded murder of over 120 Muslim faithfuls who were tragically killed while celebrating Maulud in Kaduna is very unacceptable.

Our lives no longer matter to these evil politicians. If they can wake up in the morning to murder peaceful Muslims praying, then they can do worse.
They need to be held accountable.

InJustice Falola is rogue Justice from Osun State high court who collaborated with others to 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐦 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤

His offences included relying on a fake court Judgement to grant a garnishee order, granting a garnishee order (order to deduct money from the bank account of a debtor directly) to be enforced outside state of residence of Judgement debtor. Despite evidence to the contrary from Police SFU (Special Fraud Unit).

When he delivered his Judgement, he ordered 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝟑 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 and went ahead to sign an execution order the same day, wait for it ‘for the monies to be paid to the Lawyer’s account’. Can you imagine!

He proceeded to share the N16,445,720 recovered with the parties and the monies recovered from the ruling were actually shared 𝐢𝐧 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞

Imagine a whole judge sharing proceeds from a corrupt judgment with other parties in his own home like robbers who just returned from a gig!

When 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤 got a new Lawyer (a SAN), he discovered a lot of dirty details and reached out to the rogue injustice Falola through his close Lawyer friend and rogue Falola instantly traveled to the Lawyers chambers where he admitted that he did not know that garnishee proceedings could not be commenced outside the state where the judgement debtor resides.

𝐇𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞. He also admitted a lot of other dirty details including that he didn’t know what came over him when the file was brought before him and prostrated to beg the new Lawyer to temper Justice with mercy and allow him personally pay back the funds garnisheed in exchange for not petitioning NJC.

This rogue Judge promised to refund the amount they shared and the new Lawyer agreed but unfortunately, he had spent the money and 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 it, thats why we are hearing about this matter today.

Do you know how many more similar cases have been swept under the carpet?

And what did NJC do when they were finally petitioned?

They recommended him for 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 after foot dragging for a whopping 3 years. A man that should’ve been sacked on the spot, still gets to enjoy his retirement benefits. A bandit Judge.

Well his fellow bandits in NJC gave him a soft landing cos how much is 16m compared to the millions of dollars the NJC collects? His only crime that 𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭, 𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐨𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 unlike others.

Nigeria is a crime scene and the Judiciary stinks to the high heavens.
