其实要解决的问题，并不是在于机器效率的下降，更多是在于人的懒惰。

很多人可能直接ai做完看个两遍就丢过去给同事了。所以核心不是去掉 AI、回归老本行去做效率更低的事，而是应该用更 AI 化的方法：

无论是让 AI 生成更简单的描述，还是写得更可视化、更容易理解的html，或者是强制加上自己的理解，让他们好好做 pitch 才是核心，而不是逼他们不用 AI 去手写

所有要给团队成员阅读的非调研类内容，都不可以用ai

调研类内容也要人工review过才可以分享给大家看

究其原因是ai的事无巨细和不说人话极大地影响了信息传递效率

小团队内需要的是简洁 准确 高效传递信息，而非完成一个漂亮的文档

手写的过程也避免了思维惰性，能够再梳理思路
