@indika086@propfirmsupdate@the5erstrading Risk was 1 percent also market gapped up during open which is favourable to me, which means during open i must be up 2 percent, but they claim it as 4.9 percent loss
🚨 @the5erstrading – $100K ACCOUNT BREACH RAISES QUESTIONS
This trader (@Ajas_FX) is asking The5ers for clarification after his $100K evaluation account was reportedly breached under the firm 5% daily-loss rule.
According to the trader:
• One WTI BUY trade around 100.17
• SL around 98.60
• Market reopened above 102
• The5ers reportedly said MT5 recorder $4,907 in unrealized losses at midnight server time
The trader says this was his only trade and that the market was already above his entry when the loss was recorded.
The main question is how MT5 recorded approximately $4,907 in unrealized losses if the market was already above the BUY entry.
If the screenshots accurately reflect the account history, trader is asking for clarification on how the Daily loss calculation was applied.
Hey @SaiJagan08 – see this metter & solve it.
@propfirmsupdate@the5erstrading I am wondering what would they do if it was on live, even for evals they are this much irresponsible and if it was on live definitely i would never get a response from them, they are literally taking 30 hours to give the response again and again which costed me now 1 week
🚨 @the5erstrading SILENT ON THE ACTUAL DISCREPANCY? 🚨
30+ HOURS FOR EVERY RESPONSE. ONE FULL WEEK. STILL NO PROPER ANSWER.
@the5erstrading I’ve now waited an entire week for this issue to be properly investigated. Every response takes 30+ hours, only to receive essentially the same answer: “the system calculation is correct.”
But what if the system calculation is the problem?
I’m a software engineer. I know systems can produce incorrect results because of bugs, incorrect inputs, pricing data, configuration, edge cases, or other technical issues. When something doesn’t make sense, you investigate the root cause — you don’t simply tell the user to accept the output because “the system calculated it.”
I’ve repeatedly asked for the actual server-side evidence:
• Exact MT5 Bid/Ask price used
• Exact breach timestamp
• Exact calculation behind -$3,199.60
• Breakdown of the remaining $1,707.40 in swaps/commissions/fees
• Records supporting the claimed -$4,907 floating loss
I still haven’t received those answers.
@Khldfx and other prop-firm leaders — I’d genuinely like your perspective on this.
Is “the system is correct” really enough when a trader is specifically challenging the underlying calculation and asking for the actual data?
I’m not asking anyone to blindly take my side. Look at the numbers, the timeline and the evidence, and tell me whether this level of transparency is sufficient.
I’ve already lost a week waiting for answers and the trade that was later around +3% in profit was terminated before I could realize that result.
@the5erstrading investigate the root cause, show the underlying data, and address the discrepancy instead of simply repeating that the system is correct.
The system producing a number is not proof that the number is correct.
After years of trading, dealing with an issue like this where you spend an entire week trying to get basic answers about your own account genuinely makes me question whether I even want to continue trading props.

detailed:
@Sameerthe5ers I HAVE contacted support that is exactly the problem.
I opened ticket X5VPY2, provided all the details and screenshots, and even spoke directly with your support agent Godswill through live chat. He acknowledged the issue and escalated it to the relevant team.
I’m attaching the screenshots of that conversation and the latest email I received.
It has now been more than 30 hours without an actual resolution/explanation, and I have already lost 3 trading days because my evaluation account was closed over this disputed calculation.
And there is a very important part being overlooked:
The trade that caused my account to be terminated was a WTI BUY around 100.17 with SL around 98.60. It was my only trade, and it was in profit throughout the relevant period when i opened, during market closure and market opening it was always above my entry. The market reopened above 102 and the trade went +2%.
Yet The5ers claims the position showed -$4,907 unrealized loss.
Even if price had actually reached my SL, I had only planned approximately 1% risk. So how did your system supposedly calculate almost 5% floating loss while the market was above my entry and nowhere near my SL?
That basic question still hasn’t been answered.
Meanwhile, because the account was closed I lost both 3 days of trading and the approximately +3% profit that the trade subsequently reached.
A $100K account is not a small account, and this is not a small matter for me. I have saved money from my previous payouts and continued investing with The5ers because I trusted your firm. I expect that trust to be reflected in how issues like this are investigated and resolved
Scam alert ⚠️ @The5ersTrading scam exposed⬇️
trader @Ajas_FX is seeking a transparent explanation from The5ers after a $100K evaluation account was terminated over an alleged daily-loss breach.
The trader opened one WTI BUY position near 100.17 with a stop loss near 98.60, equating to roughly 1% risk.
After the market reopened above 102, the trade later reached take-profit for approximately +3%.
The5ers reported that their midnight MT5 snapshot showed an unrealized loss of about -$4,907 and closed the account for exceeding the 5% daily loss limit.
The recorded figure does not match the price action.
At the time of the snapshot the market traded above the entry and remained far from the stop.
Even a full stop-out would have produced only about 1% loss, not nearly 5%.
The trader asked The5ers for the exact MT5 price, Bid/Ask, timestamp, and P&L formula behind the -$4,907 number.
A response arrived after roughly 30 hours, yet the calculation itself has still not been explained.
Because the account was already closed, the trader also forfeited the later +3% profit when price hit the original take-profit.
Trade screenshots, price charts, and The5ers’ reply are available. Support ticket: X5VPY2.
The trader is asking The5ers to release the precise snapshot data and calculation that produced the stated loss, or to account for the gap between that figure and the actual market price.
Independent examination of the ticket and evidence would help establish whether this was a platform error or an unexplained account closure.

case:
@the5ersIndia “We always make sure to pay every trader” sounds great, but traders also need to know that their evaluation accounts and profits are being handled correctly.
I’m currently dealing with a serious issue on my $100K evaluation. I took ONE WTI BUY trade around 100.17 with an SL around 98.60 — approximately 1% risk.
Your support team claims my MT5 showed -$4,907 unrealized loss, triggering a 5% daily-loss breach.
But the market reopened above 102, already above my BUY entry and nowhere near my SL. The trade subsequently reached my TP for approximately +3%.
I have repeatedly asked for the exact MT5 price, Bid/Ask, timestamp and P&L calculation that supposedly produced the -$4,907 figure.
Instead, I received a response ~30 hours later confirming the breach without actually explaining the calculation.
So yes “no payout denials” is great marketing. But what about an evaluation being terminated because your system allegedly calculated a $4,907 loss that doesn’t appear consistent with the market price?
I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for the numbers.
If the system made an error, correct the breach and address the ~3% profit from the trade that subsequently hit TP.
@the5erstrading Ticket X5VPY2. Please investigate this properly.
Traders deserve transparency when their money is involved.
I’m actually dealing with a separate but equally serious issue with The5ers right now. My $100K evaluation was closed after they claimed I had -$4,907 in unrealized loss on a WTI BUY.
I took only ONE trade at ~100.17 with an SL around 98.60. The market reopened above 102, and the trade subsequently hit TP for around +3%.
I’ve asked @the5erstrading to show the exact MT5 price, Bid/Ask, timestamp and P&L calculation that supposedly produced that -$4,907 loss. Their response came ~30 hours later, but the discrepancy still hasn’t been explained.
I hope both of our cases get properly investigated. Traders deserve answers, not just automated breach/payout responses.
Instead, I received a response ~30 hours later simply confirming the breach.
Meanwhile, the trade subsequently reached my TP for approximately +3%.
@The5ers, I am asking for the actual MT5 price, Bid/Ask, timestamp and P&L calculation that produced the alleged -$4,907 loss.
If this was a pricing/system error, the account and legitimate TP profit should be restored.
🚨 @The5ers I need an explanation regarding my $100K evaluation account.
I took ONE WTI BUY trade at ~100.17 with SL ~98.60.
The market reopened above 102 and the trade eventually hit TP for roughly +3%.
Yet The5ers says my MT5 showed -$4,907 unrealized loss and triggered a 5% daily loss breach.
How is this possible? 🧵
The5ers stated that at midnight MT5 server time, my equity included $4,907 in unrealized losses.
But this was my only trade, and the market was already above my BUY entry.
Entry: ~100.17
SL: ~98.60
Reopening: >102
How can a BUY position be showing a -$4,907 loss when price is above entry and nowhere near the SL?
I asked them to provide the exact price, timestamp and P&L calculation used.
@YtStella99515@Khldfx@avikkfp@ErkanOriginal@fundingpips Most of the prop firms are like this, I entered with a 1000 risk aiming 1000 profit, but ended up like risking 1200 sl and 800 tp because of their manipulation. It didn’t stop there after price went near my tp, you can see still I m only 80 up not even 10%. Firm : the5ers
