@fejau_inc@tulipking Normally, long end should be higher with higher rates. But today rates are arguably below what the long end is currently pricing. I don't k if they will go lower but they will be more aligned.
@fejau_inc Ps. A guest you might consider is John Cochrane. He recently published a blog post modeling disinflation via rate cuts and short term issuance
@zachdcarter Rawls principle of fairness (and Kant's, for the matter) states that you should put yourself in the position others are living so as to decide what is just or not.
@ProfJAParker I don't think he even thinks that far ahead. it's more: $40 Billion that somehow wont pay. Other linkages and consequences left out of the thinking table.
@dampedspring seems they have a put, 30y at 5,3% or so, gradual management rather than big splashes, but I bet they will act every time the level hits.
@HistorianHa It is a clear case of plagiarism. Yet, it is to note there is singularization here. I know the case of a prominent spanish PhD in economics who did this kind of plagiarism. It was in the press, brought his case to court alleging that his "honor" was violated. Nothing happened.
