Punjab National Bank, Karimpura, Ludhiana branch not issuing Form 16-A. My wife has visited twice and they are giving lame excuses. How to file ITR?? Isn’t it our right to get Form 16-A?? Nationalised banks only harass customers. Indifferent attitude. @pnbindia @FinMinIndia @ndtv
