Create a level playing field. Collect more VAT. This must be addressed

#VAT is being levied on local software. I don't intend to pose a political question, but the issue needs to be resolved. If domestically produced software is used locally that will be liable for VAT. However, if #Software is produced by a foreign supplier & consumed locally, those will not be liable for VAT. @Uber & @PickMeLK are examples for this. @HarshadeSilvaMP #SriLanka #Colombo #Budget2024
