This was a low-cost laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair that we were able to do without expensive equipment. We secured the mesh using only 2 sutures, both cut long so that we could use them for multiple intracorporeal throws. Go Team LapNamibia!!! 👏🏻🤩💪🏾 @SAGES_Updates #GLAP
