What we know so far about Nikki Bhati Death Case, Greater Noida:
♦️The child and the husband was not present there at the time of the incident. They were outside the house as per the CCTV footage. That means the statement given by the child is false and someone tutored him to give that false statement.
♦️Yes, disputes were there between the husband and the wife and wife was accusing the husband of having an extra marital affair while the husband was not happy that the wife posts reels on Instagram.
♦️The Video of assault circulating in the media is edited and two different clips from different dates were clubbed together.
♦️In all probability it looks like a tragic suicide case because of matrimonial differences between the husband and the wife and a case of Abetment of Suicide against the Husband and others makes sense.
♦️We do not like to defend the husband in any way. He must get the punishment for the crime he committed but at the same time he shall not be punished for the crime he did not commit.
