Breaking news: Former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai, along with his family, has declined an offer of a federal government aircraft from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to travel to Egypt to bring back the body of El-Rufai’s mother.

A report today stated that the El-Rufai family said they do not need the presidential aircraft at this time, as they have already arranged their own flight to transport the body back to Nigeria. However, they expressed gratitude to the Presidential Villa for the offer.

Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Waidi Shaibu has issued a clear directive: go after terrorists without pity.
