🚨 Retweet for Support | Extend GSTAT Appeal Due Date

The GSTAT portal is facing serious technical issues:

❌ Login & OTP failures
❌ Appeal filing errors
❌ Document upload issues
❌ Frequent session expiry & portal crashes

Taxpayers and professionals cannot be deprived of their statutory right to appeal due to system failures.

@FinMinIndia @cbic_india must immediately extend the GSTAT appeal filing due date until the portal is fully stable.

Justice cannot depend on a faulty portal.

Since the Audit Report is due by 31st Oct 2025, various High Courts have held that ITR should be allowed till 30th Nov 2025.
Requesting CBDT to issue an official notification to end the uncertainty.

आज हाल ये है कि जब सब नवरात्रि की डांडिया में झूम रहे हैं, हम TAR date extension की गुहार लगा रहे हैं।

कभी-कभी लगता है ये क्या ये सब वाकई में काबिल-ए-तारीफ़ है? ये विडंबना है - दूसरों की खुशी, दूसरों का व्यवसाय, दूसरों के टैक्स - सबका बोझ उठाने वाले हम, पर अपने त्योहार, अपनी रातें, अपनी मानसिक शांति… सब कुर्बान कर चुके हैं।
