I am not sure what are you trying to say. The train was departed on time from Pune station at 15:15. I am not sure why is it being delayed on every station. There is no fog and no maintenance work.
Also why fares are kept high?

@RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva The train condition is also very poor, very old coaches, dirty toilets. What is special about this special train? Why higher fares are being charged? Sad to see the direction Indian railways is heading.
