I had worst experience with snitch. Order first time 2 shirt. Due to the size issue I want to exchange it. Exchange request approved on 16th May but till now no pickup, no exchange.
Tried to contact on email as well but no response.

@bewakoof Nothing will happen until unless , you won't change the courier partner . They won't come for the pickup.
If You will schedule pickup with Expressbee , they cancelled the pickup without the OTP confirmation.
They have cancelled it already multiple times.

First time I order 3 men's Tshirt and I got one wrong product. Trying to return from 26th June, but no one is coming for pickup and no satisfactory reply from bewakoof team till now. #SquidGame
