🚨 Airtel x Perplexity Pro Users - Important Update

If you claimed the FREE 1-Year Perplexity Pro offer through Airtel and your plan now shows “Paused”, don’t panic.

✅ No card added? You can safely ignore it. This happens when no payment method is linked.

⚠️ Card added? If you don’t want to be billed after the free offer ends, turn off auto-renewal by cancelling the subscription.

Steps:
• Login to Perplexity
• Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription
• Tap Cancel Subscription

Your free access will continue till its expiry. Cancelling only prevents future charges.

🚨 Perplexity Pro (Airtel Offer) Update

Many users who claimed the FREE 12-month Perplexity Pro via Airtel are now seeing their subscription marked as “Paused.”

Here’s what it means:

✅ If your subscription shows “Paused” and you never added a payment card, you don’t need to do anything. Perplexity pauses the subscription if a requested payment method isn’t added within the required timeframe.

⚠️ If you added a credit/debit card and don’t want to be charged in the future, it’s recommended to cancel the subscription now.

How to cancel:

Visit https://t.co/n1vr3sHoMl and sign in with the same account used for the Airtel offer.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Open Subscription → Manage Subscription.
Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.

This disables future auto-renewal. Your current subscription status and remaining access won’t be affected immediately.
