Hey nurses! It is ok to set boundaries. It is ok to not pick up overtime. It is ok to not switch a shift to help someone else out if it will make your life harder. It is ok to go to the bathroom and make your patient wait a minute for pain meds. It is ok to put yourself first

So we’re in a pandemic. We havent found a cure or treatment to the virus. We havent fully addressed the lack of ICU Beds and space in hospitals/ clinics. The rates of spread have not seen a consistent decline...
