Yes, burnout is real. Those in this field are consistently giving. When a cup is empty it has nothing left to give. An intentional investment must be made to refill their cups so that those passionate can continue to provide this care! #ElevateTheConvo

@AkemieJones @sspencerthomas …most don’t utilize social workers for case mgmt it’s taught at the bsw level i had a year of it. most come in at the msw level and aren’t aware they should be connecting ppl to community based resources and services that helps reduce disparities, gaps and fragmented svc points
