That’s because they don’t teach you to hate Messi in Portugal
Dybala said that he always hated Ronaldo because that’s what they were taught in Argentina.
🇦🇷🇵🇹⚽️ Humblesmith strikes again.
Former Mexican referee admits that Messi is a difficult player on the field, while Cristiano Ronaldo is a perfect gentleman.
Armando Archundia, who is considered one of the greatest referees in FIFA history and at one time the best referee in the whole of the Americas, shared an anecdote in which he claims that, after booking Messi for faking a foul, the Argentine footballer challenged him with the phrase: “You don’t know who you’re booking, huh.”
In contrast, he recalled that when he refereed Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portuguese player was very respectful. In fact, after a first half with lots of fouls and cards, Ronaldo told him that he’d already spoken with his teammates to focus on playing in the second half and reduce the aggression.
For about 20years, the media tried to scam the world with the propaganda that Messi was the “good guy” “humble guy” and Cristiano was the “bad guy” and “arrogant” one. Well, that narrative has now finally crumbled.
More and more footballers, coaches, and even former referees are speaking out about Messi’s pretentious arrogance and Cristiano’s exceptional sportsmanship.
Don’t take my word for it,
Just listen to this great referee.
And when it’s time for Messi and Argentina to arrest everyone in the world for saying the truth and resisting the lies, please let them know we will gladly go to prison for the truth.
Messi still has 0 goals against Brazil, Spain, Italy, Germany, England, and Portugal in competitive games
How can you call this dude a goat? He is a fraud
In 2016 someone retired from international football. then daddy came to the rescue.. Today he has 1 fifa world cup 2 copa America.. and we are forced to believe he's a goat. Messi is the king of football no wahala but u see Cristiano Ronaldo CR7, na king of sport and the goat🐐
Call me a hater but I LOVE this Leo Messi hate. After years of watching him do this nice guy gimmick, get unfair favoritism and get propped up by the media, I love the veil is lifting and that people are finally seeing him for who he is.
They were never supposed to coexist, not in the same era, not in the same pitch. Ronaldo perfected what the body could become, Messi perfected what the game could become, but the truth is, you can't compare gods, you can only chose your religion.
CR7 mastered biology, power, precision, relentless ambition, greatest goalscorer the sport has ever known. Lionel mastered everything else, Space, time, rhythm, vision, he made football look like a language only he could speak.
Neither of them chased football's throne, they became the reason it existed. One played like every game is war, the other played like every game is chess and when they finally collided, the world didn't watch for a winner, it watched for two gods trying to prove the other was human.
Messi unlocked football secrets, CR7 broke down it's doors. And the crown, it as never meant to be shared, it was meant to be chased by everyone else.
The era of gods are over, the reign of machines is now.
“Why everyone suddenly hates Messi” is genuinely the most misguided take of all time.
I’ve seen so many posts similar to this lately. Painting Argentina and Messi as the ‘victims’ of a big hate campaign. Pull up whatever irrelevant algorithmic data you want. Blame paid accounts. Quote psychological theory. At the end of the day… it’s pretty simple.
Barcelona allegedly paid off referees for 2 decades, spanning Messi’s entire career…
The Argentinian FA are being investigated for money laundering. We’ve all seen the blatant refereeing favouritism across two World Cups now. We all saw their violent, aggressive and petulant behaviour all tournament. We aren’t blind…
Inter Miami, disproportionate to the rest of the MLS, hoarded old European talent and walk the league as soon as Messi arrives. Somehow qualifying for the Club World Cup without actually meeting any criteria for such qualification. This is a plastic club, with no history and purchased success…
While you can’t blame all of this on Messi, obviously. He is clearly complicit. He clearly benefits from the purchased success of such institutions. He is clearly a money milking machine for FIFA and America. Something Infantino is well aware of… he ‘suffers’ with Messi after all.
And people don’t like it. People don’t like blatantly manufactured success. People don’t like cheats. People don’t like teachers pets. People don’t like players that try and get other players (Cucurella) unfairly sent off in a World Cup final when they are clearly being outclassed on the pitch. People don’t like people that lack integrity.
But nah. I guess we’re all swept up in mass hysteria! We’re all brain washed! And this is dangerous rhetoric!
Shut up. The Messi bias is nauseating.
A máscara caiu.
