It was so validating for Ts to see effective teaching practices they already use while also learning new things. My favorite part was hearing the Ts share about what they were excited to try out next with their kiddos.

@BilinguallyIC and I had a great time supporting Ts at @PME_Katyisd We sorted and wrote questions to promote student discourse during lessons. S engagement and comprehension increase when we plan for Ss to discuss their thoughts and ask/answer their own questions. @kisdelemcandi
