@aedcelectricity@NERCNG@fccpcnigeria@OFFICIALNISO_NG If you claim to be aware and the problem still persists, Then this is incompetence at the highest point. Do the needful. My details have long been sent to your DM.
@aedcelectricity is the worst service provider in Nigeria and a fraud. I am being charged for band A and get the power supply of band E or F. Please downgrade my feeder (Kubwa Arab road) so I won't be charged for service I never get.
@NERCNG@fccpcnigeria@OFFICIALNISO_NG
@aedcelectricity@NERCNG@fccpcnigeria@OFFICIALNISO_NG I don't understand why a band A customer will be out of supply for over 13hrs almost every day of the week. Either down grade us or do the needful ( Kubwa off Arab road)
My job this morning is to remind everyone of you that the Nigerian government has declared that the use of naira for money bouquet is a criminal offence.
If you see anybody post money bouquet ๐ today, pls tag EFCC and the Nigerian police.
Since you want to pepper us,
We will ensure you and your Odogwu spend this valentine in jail ๐
Pls share this message everywhere.
@aedcelectricity@NERCNG@fccpcnigeria@OFFICIALNISO_NG It's 72hrs from your reply and I have not had 20hrs power supply in total since your reply. And you say it's not "deliberate to deservice" me. Have in mind that I had to pay for band A service. Is this not fraud.
And @NERCNG is created to check mate this acts
@aedcelectricity what is the process of downgrading from band A to C?
I believe my feeder ( Arab road kubwa close to your office) should be downgraded to band C due to the extremely poor power supply to the feeder.
@NERCNG@fccpcnigeria
@NERCNG we keep hearing don't pay to fix transformers but under your nose to @aedcelectricity we have paid and still been asked to pay again to fix our stolen transformer cable that is in a secured location. this is 4days without power supply due to vandalization of transformer cable
@aedcelectricity I want to believe that band A customers are priority customers, the issue is still not fixed, the voltage fluctuates between (190-160V) and there is a loss of 1 phase from the transformer.
Please do the needful, thanks
@NERCNG
