El caso de Cassandra Feuerstein es un incidente de brutalidad policial ocurrido en marzo de 2013 en Skokie, Illinois.
Feuerstein, de 47 años en ese momento, fue detenida por la policía de Skokie tras ser hallada dormida en su vehículo bajo sospecha de conducir bajo la influencia del alcohol.
Mientras estaba siendo procesada en la comisaría, el agente Michael Hart la empujó violentamente hacia el interior de una celda.
La fuerza del empujón hizo que Feuerstein impactara de cara contra un banco de cemento, provocándole múltiples fracturas faciales, daño dental y la pérdida de visión parcial en un ojo. Tuvo que someterse a cirugía reconstructiva y le colocaron una placa de titanio en la mejilla.

Tras la publicación del video, el agente Michael Hart, un veterano con 19 años de servicio, fue acusado de ataque agravado y mala conducta oficial. Posteriormente renunció a su cargo.
Acuerdo civil: Cassandra presentó una demanda por violación de sus derechos civiles contra la ciudad de Skokie y el oficial. El caso se resolvió en 2014 con un acuerdo de 875.000 dólares.
El caso sigue siendo citado frecuentemente en debates sobre el uso excesivo de la fuerza y la importancia de las cámaras de vigilancia en las estaciones de policía para garantizar la transparencia.
