@warnerbrostv@FriendsTV The beginning. Forever and always.
Can't put in words what this show has meant... and now it's really, truly over. Oh my heart! 🥲 But also 😭
@zomatocare what good did sharing my number do? I'm still waiting on the issue to be resolved. Worst brand experience ever. @zomato Maybe focus more on making your users happy than joking around on Twitter.
Hope @swiggy_in will treat me better.
@AskCiti With all due respect, your team in India has already closed the investigation, citing the use of an OTP for the transaction; even though I've explained over and over again that wasn't the case. Filling the form would only add to my frustration as the bank has put their hands up.
The story of how I was cheated and made to pay an amount of Rs.1145.60 on my credit card.
On 2nd Jan at precisely 3:35 pm, I was charged by @Zomato for the above-mentioned amount. My bank says the transaction was done using an OTP (which is meant to be secure) but is it really?!
@MumbaiPolice Can you advise how citizens are supposed to feel secure regarding digital transactions if this has happened? The transaction was in the name of @zomato but as claimed by @Citibank was done through a secure OTP sent to my @Airtel number?
To all regular users of @zomato - This is a cautionary tale for everyone. I was able to catch the discrepancy as I am not a frequent user. But I would advise everyone to check their credit card statements and cross verify transactions so that we only pay for what we consume.
