Discussing issues like women safety or unemployment have unfortunately becomes Political issues in India now.

If you raise valid questions. And, ask for accountability on such basic things, you will be tagged as an anti-national, librandu and whatnot.

Worse: the failure of previous governments are brought into the mix. As a defence.

Okay, great. What does that solve exactly?

It is like if your mom asks: why did you fail your math test?

Your answer: well what about my friend, who also failed? Why don't you discuss that first?

If we don't even have the guts to acknowledge that problems exit, how will we solve?

Building great airports on public money is awesome (that's the easy thing). But, what's the point? If the safety standards are bad for international female travellers, who would stop coming.

And, every time the topic is brought up: an army of defenders come. And, troll people who are actually talking about that problem.
