This is the same case where the Supreme Court had to shift the trial out of UP because the system on the ground failed to protect the survivor.

The record is clear. Still, the survivor is again standing outside India Gate asking a basic question: whose life does the law really protect. Delhi High Court says fear alone cannot stop bail. But fear is what this system has given her, again and again.

When a rapist with proven abuse of power walks free while the survivor is told to trust conditions on paper, it a shame on entire system, it a failure of entire system!
