Is @amazonIN @AmazonHelp Customer Care on Diwali vacation, I have raised 2-3 mails to get some help from CC.
As per policy it seems to be reverted back in 6 hrs. Even after 6 days I have not received any reply??

@AmazonHelp I have communicated via Call/eMail, and the only response that I get "We regret for having such inconvenience, and will take a complaint. Then we will communicate in couple of days". Again I have to call back, though I requested the CC Sr. executive to give me a call. 1/1

If Electricity comes under Essential Services, then #MSEB #MSEDCL should be barred or fined as heavy as 10 units free/hr. Provide quality service, get pvtised OR shut down operations.

Got msg, Issue with KHOPOLI Power supply & strange thing there was frequent Power supply issue in the Month of May. Their were 3 Tue (weekly Power Cut for maintainance work) in May, when we had more then 4 hrs of power cut.
So BIG Q - What kind of Maintainance was done? 1/2
