Dear @VipulGoelBJP ji, please explain to Gurugram residents why a Garbage Collection Surcharge is being levied when all the ULB appears to be doing is following the C&T model of “waste management” -sanitation workers’ strike or not.

Why charge an amount when, in principle, we are not following the Solid Waste Management Rules -neither the MSW 2000/SWM 2016 nor the new SWM 2026?

@MunCorpGurugram has never been directed to effectuate a decentralised model, so why the surcharge?
