I've now tried to book a service request again four times since last week but your team doesn't raise a ticket and your area managers won't answer. Horrid service.

Now warranty expired without the second one and they're still not sending anyone. Horrible service.

I'm letting my seller know I'm not ordering anything from them ever again because of DelayVery & the unhelpful people manning @help_delhivery & other support lines

@delhivery can you deliver ONE parcel on time. Just ONE. For ONCE. After four days of "Arriving tomorrow" I see "Arriving today" - nothing comes though and the status says "Delivery Rescheduled" - with no reason as to why.

Horrible, horrible service. As always.

@help_delhivery Your escalation seems to have been ineffectual. It's the 15TH of December now. The parcel has STILL not been delivered. Y'all can deliver stuff to Velachery and then Thuraipakkam and go back to Perumbakkam but can't make a delivery midway? Your routing sucks. Your service sucks.

@help_delhivery no reply on my email or my tweets regarding 9640410076705. Even tried calling your delivery person when the tracking page gave me the number but no reply there either.
Why is the delivery getting rescheduled for 3 days straight with effort to update the recipient?

@anmol_diwan94 @delhivery It's been like this forever for me. Either they don't have a good network Chennai or they're just incompetent.

Shiprocket on the other hand has always delivered on time or clearly communicated delays beforehand.

Delhivery wants you to check their stupid site/app every time.

All in all, a complete contrast from the experience we had at The Blue Door in Dehradun where the owner and staff were friendly, accomodating, and extremely lovely to be around.

@sundaysforever1 in Mussoorie is the best place to NOT visit for a vacation. The host says the place is called "Fern cottage" and didn't divulge any other details. Their local contact is unavailable. Only after we call them again do they share another number for the local person.

We even gave them the option of a "credit shell" for us to use at any of their other properties in the coming months/year.

Even this is not palatable to them it seems since I've not heard from the team since we raised the request.
