@Airtel_Presence I believe the meaning of quick resolution is not 3 to 4 months. We had raised around 6-10 service tickets and called 20-30 times even to floor managers.The team still needs to understand the meaning of "QUICK RESOLUTION". Atleast decouple DTH connection from my Airtel black plan.

@airtelindia Techinician was not able to remove umbrella parts during de installation while shifting our location. Why would I be responsible for that? He left some connectors saying during installation they will get those.
@airtelindia If some action was taken on the older ticket, I wouldn't have faced this rude behaviour from the local area support team. Kindly check my ticket #132089601.
