C-DAC aspirants gave C-CAT exams online,as notified, in Jan. Results&Rankings followed, for pursuing course starting Mar. Suddenly,a fresh notification orders re-examination&holds the earlier exam result& ranking null&void. This is arbitrary&unfair. My letter to Shri @rsprasad ji
